Street art in a Manila slum: Two young artists spray larger-than-life portraits of forcibly relocated residents on the walls and paint entire streets blue. Young people from the slum are hired and help out. This gives the residents appreciation and the slum a friendlier neighborhood - The Blue Village. And the faces of the former residents are a memorial against the government's settlement policy.
